Head Brewer, RedDot Brewhouse


Crystalla Huang,  the brewmaster at RedDot BrewHouse in Singapore, who is also a trained chef with a Bachelor in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.  Growing with exploring the art of brewing with her father, Ernest Ng, a self-trained brewer and home brewer since 1997, what inspired her to become a brewmaster was when RedDot BrewHouse officially officially opened when she was only 16 years old.


The wide rang of beer profiles are what Crystalla after, which can be found in many of her creations include an Earl Grey tea-flavoured beer and Yuzu beer, which showcases the Japanese citrus.  The self-professed “daredevil” in her food and drinks preference said her culinary background and travelling experiences have inspired her to be experimental with her creations.
